RETURN POLICY
All our frames at Paris Optique are guaranteed 100% authentic, entirely original in design and construction from the manufacturers, including the premium quality packaging. We stand by our frames and we want you to be happy with your frame purchase.
Paris Optique is happy to provide a partial refund within the 14 day return and exchange window. We do have a 5% restocking fee for all returns, and will refund the remaining amount entirely. All returns must be in brand new, and un-worn condition in order to qualify for a refund. All frames must be returned with all original packaging, including certificate of authenticity, cleaning cloths, pouches, etc. Any frame showing any signs of wear or damage is subject to a restocking fee.
14 DAY REFUND POLICY
- Return period begins the day your shipment is delivered.
- Returned RX (prescription) and custom lenses are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Any orders over $1000+ will be subject to an 8% restocking fee if the full value of the purchase is returned or cancelled upon ordering after 48 hours.
- Note: IF multiple frames are purchased, and at least one frame is kept, Paris Optique will waive this restocking fee.
- All returns sent after the 14 day window will be returned to the sender.
SHIPPING:
Paris Optique does not offer pre-paid shipping services for returned products. Additionally, shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
All frames/products purchased in store, are eligible for exchange only within 10 days. We do not provide refunds for any in-store purchases.
